
Join eXp
Application & Onboarding
Step 1: Go to joinapp.exprealty.com and click "APPLY AS AN AGENT" in the upper righthand corner to set up your account with your name, phone number, and email.
Step 2: You will receive a confirmation email. This contains your Guess Pass login credentials and Personal Code for the Onboarding Tracker Site (Subject: "Welcome from eXp Realty! Let's get started!").

Step 3: Log in to joinapp.exprealty.com
Step 4: You will receive a text message from eXp to login and sign your Independent Contractor Agreement (ICA). ​You will receive an email with a copy of your completed ICA (Subject: Copy of your Independent Contractor Agreement).
Step 5: You will receive an email from your State Broker to let you know they are working on the application (Subject: "Quick Update on License Transfer for eXp Realty").

NOTE: If you are in NY, TN or DE you must speak with the Broker team to continue with License Activation/Transfer per state regulations. Please be proactive in reaching out to the Broker Teams which can be found in eXp World > GO TO Menu > US Broker State Rooms > Click Your State.​

Step 6: Update your MLS affiliation and join your local Board of REALTORS®. You are required to join a local Board of REALTORS® within 10 days of joining eXp. Click here for the Washington REALTORS® Local Association Directory.
Step 7: Confirm eXp email forwarding from the email (Subject: "Important Action Needed to Completely Join eXp Realty").
Step 8: Activate your Agent Passport account with the email (Subject: "Welcome to eXp Realty"). This replaces your guest pass credentials (link expires in 30 days).

- Don't lose this login ID and password. You will need this login information going forward for all eXp Services!
Step 9: Get the SkySlope Email with link to set up login password using your eXp email address first.last@exprealty.com (Subject: "Welcome to SkySlope").
Once you've received both emails from Steps 8 and 9, you are fully active and ready to work!

Onboarding times for the entire process can take 48 hours or more depending on all parties involvement and accuracy.
To check your onboarding status, you can visit onboardingstatus.expenterprise.com. Visit this link and enter the personal code you received in the first email eXp sent you, and you can see what step of the process you are on.
