What is eXp Passport?

 

eXp Passport is a single sign-on service used by eXp Realty to enable a single, global login to many services and applications provided. With your eXp Passport account, you can conveniently access many of the applications you normally use, through a single, secure sign-on experience. While not all services offered by eXp are integrated into eXp Passport, many are, including:

• eXp Enterprise

• Facebook Workplace

• eXp Marketing Center

• eXplore eXp Realty

• eXpressway to Success

• eXp World

 

eXp Passport will become the single identity you will use to log into all eXp Realty-provided technology in the future. Our goal of this is to ensure security and ease-of-use for all members of eXp Realty.

Activating Your eXp Passport Account

1. Locate the eXp Passport activation email in your inbox. The subject will be "Welcome to eXp Passport!" or "ACTION REQUIRED: eXp Passport Account Activation".

2. Click "Activate your eXp Passport Account" link in the email.

3. Set your password, security question and answer, and select a security image.

4. Click "Configure factor" to setup multifactor authentication.

5. Enter your mobile phone number and click "Send code".

6. A text message containing a 6-digit code will be sent to your mobile phone.

7. Enter the code you received and click "Verify".

8. Finished!
